Dear Indonesian Journal of Educational Counseling (IJEC) contributors, We proudly announce that IJEC is accredited “Rank 4” (Peringkat Sinta 4) as a scientific journal under the decree of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia, Decree No. 34/E/KPT/2018, December 10th, 2018, which is valid for five years since enacted on 10 December 2018. and has been re-accredited to get Sinta 4 results through Certificate: Scientific Journal Accreditation Ranking Period 1 of 2022 number 105/E/KPT/2022 on April 7, 2022. Therefore, we would like to invite you to contribute to IJEC as a helpful research open source by sending highly qualified paper.
The Indonesian Journal of Educational Counseling (IJEC) is managed by the Guidance and Counseling Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Universitas Mathla'ul Anwar Banten. The aim of IJEC is to publish works that set trends and provoke fresh thought and innovation in the practice and understanding of counseling, psychotherapy, and guidance to strengthen education. The journal seeks to communicate, enrich and advance theory, research, policy and practice in these fields. Manuscripts are published under four broad headings: (1) psychology of education, (2) counseling and psychotherapy in educational institutions, (3) guidance and development, and (4) cross-disciplinary issues relevant to guidance and counseling. IJEC was published regularly twice a year, in January and July.
