The Indonesian Journal of Educational Counseling (IJEC) charges the following author fees:

Article Submission Fee: 0 IDR
The IJEC does not charge any article submission fee.

Article Processing Charge (APC): 0 IDR
The IJEC does not charge article processing charges at the initial submission stage.

Article Publication Fee: 500,000 IDR / 35 USD
Authors whose manuscripts have passed the initial editorial screening and are considered suitable for further processing will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee. This fee is used to support editorial administration, review management, copyediting, layout editing, online publication, and journal maintenance.

Payment of the publication fee does not eliminate the author’s responsibility to revise the manuscript according to editorial and reviewer comments. The editorial team may request revisions before the manuscript is officially published.

Fast Track Review Fee: 750,000 IDR / 50 USD
Authors who request a fast track review process may contact the telephone number listed on the journal website. The fast track service applies only to the acceleration of the review and editorial process. It does not change the official publication schedule of the journal issue.

Letter of Acceptance and Publication Schedule
A Letter of Acceptance (LoA) may be issued after the manuscript has passed the initial editorial screening, the publication fee has been confirmed, and the manuscript is considered eligible to continue to the publication process. Accepted manuscripts will be published according to the official publication schedule of the journal. The article link, issue number, and proof of publication will only be available after the article has been officially published on the journal website.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Authors may request manuscript withdrawal by submitting a formal request to the editorial office. However, if the manuscript has entered the editorial, review, copyediting, layout, or production process, the publication fee that has been paid cannot be refunded. This policy applies to withdrawals requested by the author for personal reasons, changes in publication needs, or requests for publication outside the official journal schedule.
